Not Every frame is suitable for bifocal. The parameter is PD pupil distance that limits the maximum of bridge size.

Straight Top Trifocal (STT), Flat Top Trifocal (FTT) and D Trifocals are all different manufacturers names for the same thing. The most common trifocals used today are (in order): STT 7×28, STT 8×35, STT 10×35
