General (Ret.) Alexander has been a director since September 2020. Gen. Alexander was the Chief Executive Officer and President of IronNet, Inc., a cybersecurity technology company he founded, from 2014 to July 2023, where he has also served as the Chair since 2014. Gen. Alexander served as the Commander of U.S. Cyber Command from May 2010 to March 2014 and was Director of the National Security Agency and Chief of the Central Security Service from August 2005 to March 2014.

Gen. Alexander served as a director of CSRA, Inc. from November 2015 to April 2018.

Mike Pompeo

In 1996, Pompeo moved to Wichita, Kansas, where he and three West Point friends, Brian Bulatao, Ulrich Brechbuhl, and Michael Stradinger, acquired three aircraft-parts manufacturers there (Aero Machine, Precision Profiling, B&B Machine) and in St. Louis (Advance Tool & Die), renaming the entity Thayer Aerospace after West Point superintendent Sylvanus Thayer.^{[22][23][24][25]} Venture funding for the private organization included a nearly 20% investment from Koch Industries^[22] as well as Dallas-based Cardinal Investment, and Bain & Company (Brechbuhl worked for Bain at the time).^[26][23] Brechbuhl and Stradinger left the company shortly after it was founded, but Pompeo and Bulatao continued.

In 2006, he sold his interest in the company, which by then had been renamed Nex-Tech Aerospace, to Highland Capital Management, which had clients including Lockheed Martin, Gulfstream Aerospace, Cessna Aircraft, Boeing, Spirit AeroSystems and Raytheon Aircraft.^[27] Pompeo then became president of Sentry International, an oilfield equipment manufacturer that was also a partner of Koch Industries.^[28]

In 2017, when Pompeo became head of the CIA, he named his former business partner, Brian Bulatao, the agency’s chief operating officer.^[24]

Terrence John O’Shaughnessy 

is a retired United States Air Force four-star general who previously served as the commander of United States Northern Command and as the commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command.^[2][3]

Since 2021, O’Shaughnessy is employed by SpaceX^[4] where he leads government programs. According to General Guillot, O’Shaughnessy proposed the SHIELD missile defense system, which stands for Strategic Homeland Integrated Ecosystem for Layered Defense.^[5]
